OUR PROCESS
At KHI each project is given a personal, professional and practical approach to achieve innovative design solutions. Our Design Journey has 7 key stages. At KHI we know the process can be daunting, so we have a step by step guide to help you commence your journey.
1. Meet:
Initial consultation with you to discuss your goals, needs, budget and timeframe to complete the project.
2. Site Audit:
Go to site and measure, take photos, take into account existing services that may impact the design.
3. Plan & Design:
Provide layouts, finishes and selections based on your brief and present suitable options for your space.
4. Review:
You decide your preferred layout and materials.
5. Builder:
KHI sends your design to several builders to obtain budgets to build the design. We present this to you for approval to proceed.
6. Construct:
Commence the building process and help coordinate and keep you informed during the process.
7. Move in:
Reveal the final design and ensure your happy with the end result.
