Space Planning – Develop brief based on clients needs and design accomodation model depicting typical and speciality work zones and spaces
Design and Documentation – Provide more detailed planning of overall layout through to furnishings, fixtures and furniture.
Contract Administration – Managing client and builder liason including the building contract
Post Occupancy Evaluation – Final inspection and review of final work to ensure compliance with clients objectives
